How To Request Deletion

You can initiate account and data deletion from the in-app Profile screen by using Delete account, or by emailing privacy@assimilationchess.com.

Include:

• The phrase "delete my Assimilation Chess account".
• Your display name.
• Your UID if visible in the Profile screen.
• The sign-in email for an authenticated account, if any.
• Any game ID only if the request concerns a specific online match.

What We Delete

For authenticated accounts, we delete or anonymize the Firebase Auth account, online profile, display name, reconnect state, active queue tickets, and personal account identifiers used by Assimilation Chess where technically available.

For guest profiles, we delete or anonymize the stored guest profile and related personal identifiers where technically available.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, abuse investigation, or ranked-game integrity. For example, completed ranked game records and rating audit records may be kept in anonymized or minimized form so leaderboards, match history, and fair-play review remain consistent.

Timing

We will review deletion requests and confirm the result by email. If we need more information to identify the account, we will ask for the minimum details needed to complete the request.
